Following a recent renovation to the inside of their property in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, owners Will & Lucy wanted the look of the outside of their home to replicate the style that they had achieved inside - modern country living.
They opted for the "Golden Quartz" in 2-5mm, which gives a beautiful golden sandy colour with a medium texture, this lends itself well to the rustic, yet smart look they wanted.
The team was able to use the existing tarmac as a base with a few minor potholes filled in during the preparation work and then the gravel was laid all in a single day with a team of five on site.
